[Announcement of MOE] Guide on registration applications for existing chemical substances.
When applying for registration in accordance with K-REACH Enforcement Decree Article 13 Subparagraph 1-3, the leader must check the joint registrants’ compliance to the relevant conditions(details of pre-registration or altered notification, whether the chemical is for general consumer use) before submission. .
* Article 13 of the Enforcement Decree for K-REACH(Omission of Submission Data when Applying for Chemical Substance Registration), Subparagraph 1-3: Existing chemical substances whose submitted data for substance registration, etc. contain health hazard or environmental hazard categories which meet the standards as set by decree of the Ministry of Environment(cases where the chemical is manufactured/imported for consumer use are excluded.
