In relation to Article 42 of the Act on Registration, Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances, and Article 51 of the Enforcement Rule for the same Act
Disclosure subjects

1. New chemical substances: Disclosure of names of chemical substances whose data protection period (2022) has expired (257 cases).

2. Existing chemical substances: Disclosure of information on 19 substances for which hazard review was completed in May~June 2022.
