According to Article 10, Paragraph 6 of “Consumer Chemical Products And Biocides Safety Control Act”, Article 6 of the Enforcement Decree, and Article 6 of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act, the " Regulations on Approval of Approval of Daily Use Consumer Chemical Product Subject to Safety Verification” are being Amended. In accordance with the provisions of Article 46 of the Administrative Procedure Act, the purpose and key contents of the revision are being announced in advance to solicit opinions.
Amendment of Regulations on Approval of Safety Confirmation Targeted Household Chemical Products (Draft) - Administrative Notice
Key Amendment Contents:
A. Mandatory inclusion of the labeling obligation "Prohibited for air disinfection when using methods such as fogging disinfection or high-pressure spraying" for disinfectants approved for surface use
Addition of the statement "Prohibited for air disinfection" as a method of indicating the usage and dosage in [Appendix 1]
B. Specification and clarification of protective clothing for use as precautionary measures in the use of disinfectants and pesticides
Specific specification of protective clothing as a general precautionary measure in [Appendix 1]
