Administrative Notice for the Partial Amendment of “Designation Of, And Safety and Labeling Standards For, Consumer Chemical Products Subject to Safety Confirmation”
1. Reasons and Main Contents of Amendment
a. Preservative substances allowed in spray-type products, by item
Addition of usable preservative substances (70 types) in spray-type products, by item by reflecting the results of risk assessment to resolve difficulties in the industry
.
2. Submission of Opinions
Agencies, groups, or individuals who have opinions on this amendment, please submit a written opinion including the following to the Minister of Environment (Chemical Products Management Office) by March 20, 2023.
