Administrative Notice for Partial Amendment of "Regulation on Test Methods for Chemical Substances"
In accordance with Article 14(1) of the "Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances" and Article 5(1)(1) of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act, the National Institute of Environmental Research intends to amend and announce some of the provisions of the "Regulation on Test Methods for Chemical Substances" (National Institute of Environmental Research Public Notice No. 2021-87), which were delegated by the Act, in order to inform the public of the purpose and main contents of the amendment and to hear opinions in advance in accordance with Article 46 of the Administrative Procedure Act.
