Public Notice on Partial Amendment of “Designation of Substance Subject to Intensive Control”
The Ministry of Environment hereby partially amends and announces the designation of "substance subject to intensive control" (Notice No. 2018-233, Dec. 28, 2018) as follows:

Minister of Environment
“Designation of Substance Subject to Intensive Control” is partially amended as follows:
Delete "Chapter 1 General Provisions" before Article 1.
Delete "Chapter 2 Substance Subject to Intensive Control, etc." before Article 2.
Revise Article 2 as attached.
