Individuals who are looking to convey registered/notified new chemical substances, registered existing chemical substances, hazardous chemical substances or compounds including such substances must provide information mandated by decree of the Ministry of Environment. The information provided to the receiving party includes: the name of the relevant chemical substance, registration/notification/CAS No., classification/labeling, information regarding hazards and risks, information regarding safe use, information regarding restrictions, etc. The conveying person(s) or their appointed person(s) must provide data on chemical substance safety Before or at the same time as transferring the substance or compound.

· In case of obligation to present MSDS(obligated by Article 110 of OSHA), provision of MSDS and Safety Data(Risk Information) of Chemical Substance in the Enforcement rule of K-REACH [Form 26]
