In accordance with Article 21 of the “Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances” and Article 28 of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act, the “Results of Hazard Review of Chemical Substances” (NIER Notice No. 2022-17, Apr. 27, 2022.) is amended and notified as follows:

Partial Amendment of “Results of Hazard Review of Chemical Substances”
Part of “Results of Hazard Review of Chemical Substances” is amended as follows:.
In Annex No. 1(New Chemical Substances), the hazards for ID numbers “2017-297”, “2017-1034”, “2018-113”, “2018-654”, “2021-55”, “2021-116”, “2021-144" and "2021-200" are as follows, respectively, and after the ID number "2022-123", the numbers "2022-124" through "2022-171" are newly added as follows, respectively. In Annex No. 2(existing chemical substances), the hazards for ID numbers “2020-012", "2020-043", "2021-063", "2021-133", "2021-144", "2021-158", and “2021-159" are as follows, respectively, and after the ID number "2022-223", numbers "2022-224" through "2022-311" are newly added as follows.

In accordance with Article 21 of the “Act On Registration And Evaluation Of Chemical Substances” and Article 28 of the Enforcement Rule of the same act hereby announces the amended “Results of the Hazard Review of Chemical Substances” (2022-14, March 3, 2022).

The chemical substance name associated with the identification number "2018-304" in Table 1 (New Chemical Substances) is revised as follows, Delete identification numbers "2020-123" and "2021-207" as follows, The hazard assessments of identification numbers "2015-25," "2015-89," "2016-164," "2016-210," "2016-589," "2016-757," "2017-269," "2017-359," "2017-446," "2017-458," "2017-616," "2017-721," "2017-774," "2017-812," "2017-952," "2017-1125," "2017-1150," "2017-1226," "2018-136," "2018-217," "2018-327," "2018-372," "2018-511," "2018-566," "2018-617," "2018-625," "2019-6," "2019-12," "2019-42," "2019-315," "2019-322," "2019-333," "2019-354," "2019-373," "2019-391," "2019-446," "2019-459," "2019-472," "2019-537," "2019-547," "2019-706," "2019-805," "2019-899," "2019-911," "2020-97," "2020-99," "2020-156," "2020-255," "2021-51," "2021-69," "2021-83," "2021-119," "2021-121," and "2021-245" shall be amended as indicated below. ◇Reasons for amendment and main contents
The purpose of amending 15 Ordinance of the MOE, such as the “Enforcement Rule of the Act On The Management And Use Of Livestock Excreta”, is to clarify that administrative agencies, when issuing notices of payment of fines and other notifications, must explicitly state that individuals have the right to request an administrative adjudication or file an administrative lawsuit under the “Administrative Procedures Act” and “Administrative Apeals Act”. In addition, in accordance with the “Electronic Government Act”, administrative information that can be jointly used by government agencies should be verified by the administrative agency, and the updated name of the integrated electronic petition system, which allows electronic application and reporting, should be reflected in the forms to enhance convenience for the public.

The format2 of Annex 15, format4 of Annex154, format6 of Annex15, and format of Annex 16 is revised to the each formats provided in Annex 33 to Annex 36.
Article 15 is omitted.

This rule shall take effect from the date of its promulgation
