[NIER Notice No.2023-21] Partial Amendment of “Public Notice on Designation of Toxic Chemical Substances”

According to the Article 2, Paragraph 3 and Article 20 of “Act On Registration And Evaluation Of Chemical Substances”, and the Article 2, Paragraph 2 and Article 2 of related enforcement decree, “Public Notice on Designation of Toxic Chemical Substances” (National Institute of Environmental Research Notice No. 2022-80, December 7, 2022) is hereby revised and announced as follows.

Partial Amendment of the “Public Notice on Designation of Toxic Chemical Substances”
The “Public Notice on Designation of Toxic Chemical Substances” is partially revised as follows:
In the attached table, the names of the chemical substances under unique numbers "97-1-41," "97-1-68," "97-1-73," "97-1-134," "97-1-213," "98-1-480," and "2014-1-692" are revised accordingly. Additionally, new entries are added under unique numbers "2023-1-1110" through "2023-1-1115."
Supplementary Provision
Article 1 (Effective Date): This notice shall come into effect three months after its announcement.
