[MOE Notice No. 2023-102] Regulations on the Preparation Method of Data Protection Application Form and Management of Protected Data (26.MAY.2023)

The "Regulations on the Preparation Method of Data Protection Application Form and Management of Protected Data" (Ministry of Environment Notification No. 2018-237, 28.DEC.2018) will be partially amended and announced as follows.

Regulations on the Preparation Method of Data Protection Application Form and Management of Protected Data

Below is the revised version of the regulation regarding the preparation method of the data protection application form and the management method of protected data:

Article 1: The term "same law" shall replace "the said law," and "Article 55, Paragraph 4" shall replace "Article 55, Paragraph 3."
Article 2, Item 3: The term "the applicant" shall be replaced with "the person requesting the protection of data under Article 45 of the law or providing chemical safety information under Article 29 of the law and Article 35 of the regulations." The phrase "in place of" shall be replaced with "in place of the original name of the chemical substance."
