The “Designation Of, And Safety and Labeling Standards For, Consumer Chemical Products Subject to Safety Confirmation” (MOE Public Notice No. 2022-19, 19 Jan 2022) was amended and notified as follows.

and Partial Amendment of “Designation Of, And Safety and Labeling Standards For, Consumer Chemical Products Subject to Safety Confirmation”
Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Notice is to designate Consumer Chemical Products subject to Safety Confirmation, to establish and confirm safety standards for such Products for each item, and to determine matters pertaining to labeling details and methods, in accordance with Article 3 Items 3 and 4, and Articles 8, 9, and 10 of the Act on Safety Management of Consumer Chemical Products and Biocides(hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), Articles 5 and 7 of the Enforcement Decree for the same Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Decree”), and Articles 5 and 7 of the Enforcement Rule for the same Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Rule”).
