In accordance with Article 2 Item6 and Article 20 of the “Act On Registration And Evaluation Of Chemical Substances”, Article 2 Item 2 of the “Chemical Substances Control Act”, and Article 2 of the Enforcement Decree for the same Act, the “Notice on Designation of Toxic Substances” (NIER Public Notice No. 2022-63, 06 Oct 2022) was amended and notified as follows.
