In accordance with Article 14 Paragraph 1 of the “Act On Registration And Evaluation Of Chemical Substances”, Article 10 Paragraph 2 Item 2 Subitem a., Article 10 Paragraph 3, Article 24 and Article 28 of the Enforcement Rule for the same Act, Article 16 Paragraph 1 of the “Chemical Substances Control Act”, and Article 12 Paragraph 4 of the Enforcement Rule for the same Act, “Regulations On Classification And Labelling Of Chemicals” (NIER Public Notice No. 2022-64, 06 Oct 2022) was amended and notified as follows.
