[MOE Ordinance No. 946] Partial Amendment of Enforcement Rule of “Act On Registration And Evaluation Of Chemical Substances”

The Partial Amendment of the Enforcement Rule of the “Act On Registration And Evaluation Of Chemical Substances” is promulgated as follows:

◇Reasons for amendment and main contents
The purpose of this revision is to improve and supplement some of the shortcomings in the current system, such as defining the contents of the data that can be omitted when submitting a registration application for a chemical substance that has submitted data for substance approval as polymer, or in accordance with the “Consumer Chemical Products And Biocides Safety Control Act”, and allowing those who receive notification of the results of the hazard review to submit their opinions on the results to the President of the National Institute of Environmental Research in order to consider the opinions of stakeholders regarding hazard review.
